Foshan Chengjie Hardware Manufacture Factory was established in 2002,specialized in manufacturing garment hardware accessories such as nailhead,eyelet,rivet,belt buckle,shoe buckle and other hardware accessories for bag&shoes.Our factory located in China Hardware Trade Center---Danzao Town,which is famous as "Town of Hardware" in China.Our factory is very near to highway,only 30 kilometers to Guangzhou airport,which offer convenience for visiting factory.
Our factory owns an area of 3500 square meters,possesses more than 500 employees,operates directorate guiding-general manager taking charge management system.Clear obligation,scrupulous supervision.Our factory owns a complete series of equipment such as die casting machine,dotting instrument,Wire E. D. M,Spark Machine,punching machine,engraving machine.There are special inspector for every workmanship,that insure the quality of product.In 2007,our factory imported the newest CNC engraving machine from Germany to improve the precision of our product,in order to satisfy occident customers.Our factory have 6 senior engineer officer.They design and exploit more than 3 new model product to satisy the need of constant changing market.
Our factory have more than 2000 model of product for now.Our production capacity is about 3 ton per day,production cycle is about 3 days.Our product mainly export to Germany,Egypt,Mideast,Korean and India.
